I’m healing from what hurt me.
I’m raising kids with more self-worth than I had.
And I’m doing the work to break patterns I never agreed to carry.
I write about the hard stuff most people skip — the self-sabotage, the emotional weight, the old stories that still run beneath the surface.
This space is where I start over.
As many times as it takes.
Not for perfection.
Not for approval.
Not for the life I was told to want.
Just for a life that feels joyful, honest, authentic, and fully mine.
Because one day, I want to look back and say:
That was hard.
But it was also fun, and real, and all mine.
And damn — that was a great life!
If this spoke to you, come sit with me a little longer…
Read My Journal
Parenting, healing, self-worth—I'm learning how to manage anxiety and stop abandoning myself. It's the quiet work. The stuff we don't always say out loud. No filters.

One quote a week. Just a few words that cracked me open or kept me going. Maybe they'll speak to something inside you too.

I curate and create short videos that cracked something open in me. Messages I needed. Ones that helped me shift. I save these messages in case they help you too.

Call to ActionI didn’t create this space because I have answers.
I created it because sometimes life feels too big to carry quietly.
Writing helps me sort the noise — the pressure to be okay, the stories I’ve been handed, the weight of raising good humans while still learning how to be one myself.
Some days I write about parenting. Some days it’s anxiety.
Sometimes it’s just what I learned from a movie or a stranger or the way I fell apart trying to make dinner.
I’m not here to teach.
I’m here to share the things I’m still working out — in case they help you feel a little less alone in your own messy middle.
Then, my books...
This text comes just above the books.
I’ve written a few. They were born in the middle of nap fights, school runs, and big feelings. Written with the same heart behind everything else on this site — Trying, loving, hoping it lands.
